1) Homemade cereal bars with plums and almonds
INGREDIENTS
1 cup dried plums, pitted
¼ cup of honey
¼ cup of tahini without sugar
1 cup roasted almonds, unsalted
1 ½ cup raw oats
IMPLEMENTATION
Put the plums in the multimixer and mash them for about 1 minute. Preheat the oven and then bake the oats for 15 minutes at 150°C. When you see the oats have taken on a golden look, take it out and put it in a bowl. Add the mashed plums and almonds. In a small bowl, pour the honey and the peanut butter and after heating them, then pour the oat mixture and mix well. Place the mixture of ingredients in a small pan, ideally measuring 15x15cm, onto a baking paper. Cover the pan with a transparent film and leave the mixture in the refrigerator for half an hour. When you take the bars out of the fridge, cut them into pieces of your desired size and you store them in airtight containers for a few days.
2) Cookies with Raisins, walnut and oats
INGREDIENTS
170 gr. cow butter
1½ teaspoon brown sugar
1½ teaspoon all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. black small raisins
3 tbsp. walnut coarsely chopped
3 cups oatmeal
3 tbsp. baking powder
IMPLEMENTATION
Melt the organic cow butter and set aside to cool. In a bowl, add the sugar, raisins, nuts, oats, flour and baking powder, stir, and finally add the butter. Mix well until the ingredients are combined. Shape into small walnut-sized balls. Put baking paper on the oven tray and place the balls with some distance among each other - they tend to spread during baking. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
3) Homemade bars with hazelnuts and dates
INGREDIENTS
75 g oat flakes
40 g hazelnuts
45 g black couverture chocolate in pieces
13 dates
2 tablespoons honey
2 kg of cocoa
IMPLEMENTATION
Your first step is to soak the dates in hot water for 10 minutes to soften them. Then spread the oat flakes and hazelnuts in a pan and bake at 180 ℃ for 15 minutes. Once roasted, you take them out and remove their skin. Be careful not to burn yourself! ;-) Mix all the ingredients in a bow: the toasted oatmeal, the hazelnuts, the cocoa and the chocolate chips. Then drain the dates well and mash them in the multimixer together with the honey. Add them into the bowl with the already mixed solid ingredients. Continue mixing until all ingredients are combined. Place the mixture in a small tray, ideally measuring 14x10 cm or 15x15cm, after you have first spread baking paper. Cover the tray with a transparent film and leave the mixture in the refrigerator for half an hour. When you take it out of the fridge, cut it into pieces as you like and store them for 1 week in the fridge in an airtight container.
4) “Trunk” with dried fruits and nuts
INGREDIENTS
250 g butter or margarine
200 g white couverture chocolate
200 ml sweetened condensed milk
200 g cookies (butter or other)
1 shot of brandy (optional)

You will need to use a rectangular cake mold. Sprinkle the mold with a little water and cover the inside with a non-stick film. Then put white chocolate in a bain-marie to melt well and mix. Cut the butter into small pieces. At first pour half the amount and continue until all has melted inside. After the chocolate with the butter has melted, add the sweetened milk and the rest of the butter and mix until it melts well. The mixture will acquire a homogeneous texture. Take it out and leave it at room temperature. Then add the cookies, dried fruits and nuts broken into pieces. Add the brandy (if you do not like it you can skip it). Slowly pour the whole mixture into the mold. Flatten the surface with the spatula and wrap with the membrane. Put in and let it cool overnight. The sweet trunk can be served with chocolate syrup.
